Alireza Ansari - M.A.Sc., P.Eng.

Alireza Ansari has been practicing geotechnical engineering with GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. since 2022, primarily on projects throughout British Columbia, with additional experience in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. His experience includes foundation design, soft soil engineering, ground improvement, temporary and permanent shoring systems, site response analysis, slope stability assessments, and finite element analysis. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential and high-rise developments, commercial and industrial buildings, telecommunication towers, port facilities, and municipal infrastructure.

Alireza holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Shiraz University and a Master of Applied Science in Geotechnical Engineering from Concordia University, where his thesis focused on numerical modelling of stress distributions beneath triangular shell foundations. He is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia.
