Xinyu Hu (Christie) - Ph.D., P.Eng.

Christie has accumulated her work experience in geotechnical engineering from both Shanghai and the Lower Mainland of B.C. Her work experience/ knowledge includes research, design and analysis for slope stability modelling, deep excavation shoring design/ numerical modelling, geotechnical risks assessment and mitigation reports, and soft ground improvements.

Christie completed her Master of Engineering (M.Eng), Doctor of Engineering (Ph.D), Geotechnical Engineering, at the University of Tongji, Shanghai, China. Christie is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia.
