Daniel Kokan - M.Eng., P.Eng.

Daniel Kokan has worked in the field of geotechnical engineering since 2017 and has experience on a wide variety of projects out of both the Vancouver and Victoria offices. Daniel is actively involved in the management of the Victoria and North Vancouver Island offices. Daniel has a comprehensive background in facilitating and completing geotechnical investigations, seismic design, shallow and deep foundation design, slope stability assessments, retaining wall design, excavation and shoring design and soft soil engineering for a wide variety of projects ranging from small residential buildings, high rise towers, tilt up commercial buildings, municipal industrial projects, municipal roads and dyke designs.

Daniel completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Geological Engineering, at Queen’s University and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Civil Engineering, at the University of British Columbia. Daniel is a registered professional engineer in British Columbia and Alberta.
