- Project Comments: Multi-phase industrial warehouse development which will combine for 3 million square feet of building space once all 12 buildings are complete across the 69-hectare (170 acre) site. The site has multiple preload phases and is retaining around the perimeter by 12 m high sierra slope mechanically stabilized earth walls resulting in one of the highest ground elevation points in Richmond at 18 m geodetic.
