- Project Comments: The redevelopment of the former Fraser Mills Sawmill which will be the first waterfront development in the City of Coquitlam. The 38-hectare (96 acre) site will consist of a series of residential towers, low-rise apartment blocks, townhomes, a community centre and park spaces. GeoPacific is providing the excavation and shoring design, ground improvement and deep foundation design services.
