- Project Comments: This is a multi-phase mixed-use development consisting of residential, industrial, and recreation lots constructed over the 28.9 hectare site. Phase 1 of the development includes 2-storey commercial buildings, 54 detached residential homes, paved on-site roadways, parking areas, and civil services. Phase 2 is a 13-lot development and is expected to be improved with 2 to 3-storey tilt-up concrete commercial buildings, with further new roadways, parking areas and additional civil services.
